    Absolutely true! This past weekend, I attended a round table discussion with HR Pros and In House Counsel. What keeps them up at night? Attrition of mid-level managers post-training. They are a critical component of compliance and are typically our first responders. They are, however, over-criticized, undervalued and, thus, transient. Building loyalty in this group is key to the HR revolution in talent management.
